Party Deck

An offline party card game (Never Have I Ever, Truth or Dare, Would You Rather and Most Likely To) for iOS and Android.

The short version: Party Deck collects no personal data, sends nothing about you to us, and works entirely on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Party Deck does not ask you to create an account, does not require sign-in, and does not collect, request, or receive any personal information. We do not know who you are. The app works fully offline — all game content is bundled in the app, so it needs no signal to play.

Data stored on your device

Everything you do in Party Deck — the players you add (names and emoji), your settings (theme, haptics, sound, spice level), the deck packs you've unlocked, and your progress — is stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device: it is not uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere.

What we do NOT do

No data collection or transmission. No player names, settings, unlocked packs, progress, personal data, device identifiers, or usage data is collected or transmitted to us or to anyone on our behalf.
No accounts. There is no login, no profile, and no server-side user record.
No analytics or tracking. We do not use any analytics, telemetry, or usage-tracking SDKs.
No third-party SDKs that collect data. The app bundles no third-party software development kits that gather, share, or sell your information.
No advertising. There are no ads and no ad networks.

Purchases

Party Deck offers optional one-time in-app purchases to unlock deck packs. Any purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, not by us — we never see or store your payment details. Your unlocked packs are recorded only on your device.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you can remove it at any time — reset the app's data from within Party Deck (Settings → Reset), or delete the app to remove everything it stored.

Children

Party Deck includes party-game content with adjustable spice levels and an 18+ pack, so it is rated accordingly and is not intended for young children. As it collects no personal data, it collects no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
